It takes decades to receive OTP's. You can't change your phone number through app, you need to visit the branch, that's absurd! And many more shortcomings. Bulgarian Standards are disgusting.

I have a stable, decent salary, yet every time I apply, TBI Bank refuses to approve a loan. It’s frustrating and honestly confusing. If most applications to TBI are going to be rejected, what’s the point of promoting TBI as a payment option in the first place? From a customer’s perspective, it feels misleading and like a waste of time during checkout. I’d appreciate more transparency around approval criteria, or at least a more reliable pre-check before presenting it as an available option.

I wanted to give less than one star ⭐ to open an account I uploaded all requested documents, and I received an email that the application expired, and I have to repeat all the process, contacting you by chat the agent just apologized and asked me to do it again, we don't have time to lose for your system bug. That's why I would put less than 1 star, even because I didn't open an account, and I had this issue, imagine it was done, and I asked for a loan.

Always has issue. For the past month the financing plan does not show on the app. Therefore, it is impossible to pay, and you seem like a bad client with interest piling up. The RF code provided in chat does not work. Not to mention the daily spam for "offers" etc. Also, the UI is completely useless as instead of landing as an existing customer, you meet the new client screen first where you are offered financing.

EU citizens are being discriminated against. I was told that document verification takes a month, only to be informed at the very end that as a long-term resident of Bulgaria and an EU citizen, I am barred from using mobile banking and restricted to in-branch operations only. This bank is a disgrace to both the European Union and Bulgaria!
