Excellent procedure, clear contract, you know what to expect BEFORE you sign. The only "minor point" is that - personally - I would like to be able to also read the final contract on my laptop or PC and not only on my smartphone or tablet.

It takes decades to receive OTP's. You can't change your phone number through app, you need to visit the branch, that's absurd! And many more shortcomings. Bulgarian Standards are disgusting.

There is a bug. I updated my phone number in person. It worked for my next transaction (sent me a pin code to my new phone to verify me). When I tried to buy something else later, it is trying to send the code to my old number again. On my account in the app, the correct new number is listed.

EU citizens are being discriminated against. I was told that document verification takes a month, only to be informed at the very end that as a long-term resident of Bulgaria and an EU citizen, I am barred from using mobile banking and restricted to in-branch operations only. This bank is a disgrace to both the European Union and Bulgaria!

The greek language doesn't work. I choose greek and I still get Bulgarian. Useless app. Edit: It's 21/07 and the app still shows Bulgarian Even though I have selected the greek language. Nothing was fixed, the reply of the app developer is a lie.
