The app is now available for patients receiving care through Virginia Mason and The Doctor’s Clinic in Washington.
With the app you can: • Access the CommonSpirit Patient Portal, which includes access to MyChart • View recent test results and visit summaries • Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments • Send and receive secure messages with your medical provider • Pay your bill and review statements • Upload health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
The CommonSpirit mobile app is a simple, secure way to access recent health info. There are different CommonSpirit apps available depending on where you receive care. This version is for parts of WA. For AR, GA, KY, TN, and TX regions, look for “CommonSpirit - AR/GA/KY/TN/TX” in the App Store. For CO, KS, or UT regions, look for “CommonSpirit – CO/KS/UT” in the App Store. Since downloading and installing this application it has been a wonderful experience. Anything you need or want to know is available for the patient to view. Basically, anything you can ask over the phone or through the old portal is accessible on this application. You can make or cancel appointments. View Upcoming appointments as well as old. View medical records, check the status of all your vaccines and much, much more to observe. I WOULD GIVE IT 10 STARS BUT CAN'T

I hate this app, need to link it to my virginia mason account, so all my appts and medication automatically transferred to the Common Spirit account

Despite being in place with my care provider for nearly two months now, the app rarely works for scheduling appts and some of my doctors are not listed/avail for messaging or scheduling. I've been to my provider several times in the last two months and there appears to be no improvement in app functionality. With poor functionality, I'm forced to make phone calls and join the long queue of everyone else that is struggling with the app.

I can set up appointment as with my primary care provider, but I can't add any other specialists for appointments. Like what is the point of an app

ZERO out of 5 stars. Why in the world would common spirit require a NEW app instead of the NORMAL My Chart app? Common Spirit Patient Portal WA is listed under organizations to add under normal My Chart app, so WHY is it not being used. Why would Common Spirit require a new app when the normal one works fine and can easily swap between organizations. On top of that I can't log in even though it says I have an account and have reset the password. Do Better BE SMARTER. Be Patient Focused
