Since downloading and installing this application it has been a wonderful experience. Anything you need or want to know is available for the patient to view. Basically, anything you can ask over the phone or through the old portal is accessible on this application. You can make or cancel appointments. View Upcoming appointments as well as old. View medical records, check the status of all your vaccines and much, much more to observe. I WOULD GIVE IT 10 STARS BUT CAN'T

Common Spirit is a Huge improvement over the previous MyVirginaMason portal. You can get instant notifications of test results and, should you need a hospital stay, up-to-date status and notes from your care team. I'm a "tech comfortable" person, so I love that health care is catching up.

This new VM app is seriously having issues. Generally can't schedule appts like the other my chart app. This needs to be fixed. it's frustrating to alot of people (patients). I don't understand why change something that worked and was NOT BROKEN. Its irritating that we need to wait so long on the phone just to schedule an appointment! most information on the new patient portal are not transferred or updated or anything. Like I said why change something that is NOT broken.

There is no listing of which medical facilities are included. I see facilities listed except Virginia Mason but yet I see VM appointments

ZERO out of 5 stars. Why in the world would common spirit require a NEW app instead of the NORMAL My Chart app? Common Spirit Patient Portal WA is listed under organizations to add under normal My Chart app, so WHY is it not being used. Why would Common Spirit require a new app when the normal one works fine and can easily swap between organizations. On top of that I can't log in even though it says I have an account and have reset the password. Do Better BE SMARTER. Be Patient Focused

Even basic things like scheduling appointments is broken. Nothing loads in the app.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
