This new VM app is seriously having issues. Generally can't schedule appts like the other my chart app. This needs to be fixed. it's frustrating to alot of people (patients). I don't understand why change something that worked and was NOT BROKEN. Its irritating that we need to wait so long on the phone just to schedule an appointment! most information on the new patient portal are not transferred or updated or anything. Like I said why change something that is NOT broken.

ZERO out of 5 stars. Why in the world would common spirit require a NEW app instead of the NORMAL My Chart app? Common Spirit Patient Portal WA is listed under organizations to add under normal My Chart app, so WHY is it not being used. Why would Common Spirit require a new app when the normal one works fine and can easily swap between organizations. On top of that I can't log in even though it says I have an account and have reset the password. Do Better BE SMARTER. Be Patient Focused

So far this app is NOT useful. I send a message to a doctor, send another to the same doctor.no response. I want to set an appointment with one of my doctors but there is no search tool.only a set group of doctors. Why change what was not broken. So far this site has been only frustrating. Oh yeah, billing.it won't take you to the old site, it will only do paperless.well I want to keep track of my bills and I want paper. Enough. Please make this site user-friendly and useful.

Got the new Doctors clinic my chart app! None of my MEDS aren't there allergies MEDS missing, also none of my Doctors are there so can't send any messages! Can't link Franciscan my chart app into this either! It's no different from the old app except it's missing all my personal info & insurance! Easy to set up but missing most of my stuff! Also seems stupid not to use the same application that Franciscan uses! Redundant application, only missing most things!
