EGL products are very reliable and are very easy to operate with the app. I have purchased hub pro and integrated it with the app. Rules and scenes are easy to create. App interface is very good. Their technical support is very strong compared to other home automation companies, urgent problems are Immediately answered, they will also help you in setting up the products or explaining the features in app.

My experience with EGL automation was disappointing due to the consistently poor service and lack of support. From setup challenges to unresolved issues, the journey was fraught with frustration. It's disheartening to invest in a product only to be met with inadequate assistance when needed. Future customers deserve better support and reliability.

The app is not working on mobile data for Motorola g72 and g62 models. It works on Wi-Fi in both these phones. Please fix this bug when we goto our club we will be relying on mobile data and I am unable to use the services. The app is crashing when it is opened using mobile data.
