I had some problems with reinstallation of one of the radiators I bought from the company (Lima 7228) but I contacted the support, and they were very helpful. During the installation process, I was in touch with Claudio (Thank you, Claudio!) and he guided me step by step. We got things done really quickly. So, I think the app could be a bit easier to use if you didn't need to remove the heaters when changing the network, but the company's support is really good and helpful, so I give them 4 *.

Functional app, but terrible UI and very slow when saving radiator settings, every time I need to wait about 20 seconds. Plus a general lack of basic functionalities. They even abandoned the app, no update in 2 years. Do not buy their radiators.

App says room is at 18 degrees, so you switch the radiator on (which is so slooooow via the app) and 5 mins later the room is at 24 degrees 🤥 Basically useless, badly designed app and the radiator itself is an overpriced waste of space.

No good, VERY unpredictable, product took forever to connect initially, I come to change settings on heater found for some strange reason have been signed out of account, after 3 days of trying it will not reconnect, in list of Wi-Fi devices product is there listed however says. " Internet strong, connected, no internet ". Frustrating .yes I reset home internet in attempt to fix this, followed all connection advice and product password, uninstalled / reinstalled APP etc. Still not working.
