As a techie with an experience in UI/UX, I absolutely love the AMP Bank app — I wish I had founded this bank a long time ago! The design is fantastic and feels incredibly modern. The only thing missing is a web-based internet banking portal. Having desktop access would be incredibly handy, especially for easily exporting transaction files to a computer for accounting purposes.

The joy of agile development, releasing a Minimum Viable Product, so you are first to market and then drip feeding new updates. Hate to tell you, you're 10 years too late with your banking app. We tried to open a joint savings account, to be told that feature is not available yet... That was the point of us joining. App seems reasonably slick, but is missing what I would call base functionality. Now take that back to your scrum master and stick it on your Kanban board.

You need to fix the misleading and deceptive omissions around your AMP Go Account. It is hidden that you do not earn interest on the account that gets opened because it's a transaction account. This error cost me almost $1000 this month. In addition, it is also not clearly stated before opening the account that you only earn QFF points based on your transaction account balance only.

This app is hilarious. To sign up to this neo bank you have to make a video recording of yourself saying some sentence. I thought, fine, one off. But if you ever uninstall and reinstall the app on the same phone, change phones, or be logged out, you need to send in a new video every time you do that! Hilarious. yeah I'm not doing that. Card's just arrived - guess it's going into the drawer and never used ever again. An app that tries to be too smart for its own good, doomed to obscurity.
