Patients with non-emergency symptoms (e.g., sore throat, UTI, earache, pink eye, sinus infection, fever, cough, rash, etc.) now can access on-demand, high-quality care 24/7 using this app via a smartphone or mobile device. Connect with a physician in real time to receive a diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescription as needed. A copy of your visit record then gets sent to your Doctor and your chart at CareMount Medical.

★★★★★ Although this seems to be under construction, it preformed perfectly for me. Make sure that you register and logon prior to your visit just in case of any hiccups. It does ask for information that Caremount already has, but not a lot, so it was quick.

★★☆☆☆ I had to install on my phone to get appointment set up. I do NOT use my phone for video conferencing. I wanted to install on my Lenovo Windows 10 system, and would not allow me to install it on another device. What the? Why not? These are my personal computers, I would like to see a doctor larger than 2" tall on screen.

★★☆☆☆ waste of time and space on my phone. app tells me nothing more than what I already know which is my name and address etc. what is the MY VISITS button for? Does not show anything.

★★☆☆☆ Does not allow you to complete booking an appt on app. Last page, step 5, is blank and has no options. Had to x-out which cancels everything I already entered. Forced to use website to book which was confirmed by email. Came back to app to confirm appt is booked, and it says no appts booked. No idea how it will work come time for the appt. Now have to call office. What a mess.
