Great experience riding downtown. They have stations everywhere around, and you can get work done using the bike day pass. You can also go on trails. Easy to use. We drove 15 miles around town in 2 hrs. Got dinner from 2 different places. Did some shopping. All without walking. Very convenient stops. The app also shows bike paths for reference. It's great to experience Austin with these bikes. I would recommend to all.

Will not allow me to create an account - gives a generic error message. Absolutely unacceptable.

Won't accept any of my 5 debit or credit cards "that type of card is not accepted". Similar to how it's impossible to get the parking at to work on Android in this city.

Charged me 3x, said it didn't go through. Same thing on my friend's phone. She has an iPhone and I have an Android. I was able to rent a bike but my friend wasn't, so we had to cancel. Doesn't take debit cards. The app is absolute garbage.
